Question: Depo Shot & Weight Gain!?
I've been getting the shot for about a year and this last time it's been the worst!. Not only do I have constant spotting but I've gained 10 lbs--and its all in my waist!. Not only don't my pants fit but it's extremely uncomfortable and feels like I have a tire around my waist!. I eat healthy and exercise 4-5 times a week!. I've changed up my workout routine but these pounds are not going away!. The weight, or maybe water weight (!?) is all in the waist, no boobs, my legs and arms have continued to tone, etc!. What can I do to get rid of this uncomfortable-ness!? HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

what you should do is stop taking the shot to erradicate the symptoms!.!. this birth control is obviously not the one for you!.!. there are so many options available now!. dont put up with this problem any more!.!. when its time for your next shot try a different method of b!.c like the nuvaring or the pill!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I once used Depo and it caused me weight gain now I'm using Mirena and it's cool!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
