What is up with my nana...seriously?!

she goes to bed quite early and always goes to the toilet before bed, she rips em like you wouldnt believe! we all hear her, shes not discreet about it!. i dont even have guy mates that can cut the cheese like she does!. is it an old person thing or does she need help!?!? a secret woman thing!?!? the way shes going sounds like she could lose a kidney or something via the back door!.
