Yes, I've heard of memory gel and that is the type of implant I would recommend!. There is a slightly higher risk of capsular contracture with the memory gel, however there is no chance of leakage if the implant shell ruptures!. To avoid the possibility of capsule contracture it is best to go under the muscle, however if you work out your pectoral muscles regularly, this may affect the implant placement!. This really is something you need to do a lot of research into and discuss thoroughly with your doctor!.

just use the silicon enhancers that go inside your bra, no need to go under the knife!.
Edit: If you apsoloutly must get a boob job, get the smallest implants possible!. If you're an A cup you probibly dont have enough breast tissue to hide the implnt, and you'll end up looking like victoria beckham!.

You really should try working on your self confidence regarding your body!. I know you said don't comment how you shouldn't get them, but honestly, what did you expect coming out with a question on implants!?
I think girls who get them need to worry more about their mind than fixing their body

i recomend eating more you will gain bigger breast or just take splements i did it and gained a size bigger in like 2 weeks!!! mind you i was a flat girl and my nick name was flatty in highschool but i got my pills on ebay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
