MY friend put a tampon in for the first time she was very uncomfertable and she started balling and crying and she never crys what could have happened to cause this extreme pain!.

It's the hymen!. It's happened to my friends before, who had to wear tampons for the swim team!. The vagina is a very sensitive area, and the hymen hurts when any sort of pressure is applied to it, so the tampon probably hit the hymen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
