have not had a period for seven months this is not weird for me cause my periods have always been irregular and far between!. But last night i noticed some bleeding it was a light pinkish color and not much of it but this morning it was gone what are the chances this is implantation bleeding!. i have a full physical on thursday next week but i would like to know now!. and how long should i wait to take a pregnancy test!.
i did have some cramping but only last night my back killed
then like two days ago i had a dream i was pregnant

No one here can give you an accurate ''yes" or "no" answer for a blood test will only tell!. It sounds likely that you are!. Have you talked to your gyno about your irregular periods!? This is usually a symptom of a more serious condition like PCOS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
maybe because when ur pregnant u have bad cramps and ur breasts get sensitive some ppl get sick but not all!. i am not sure about the pinkish bleeding but if ur period is irregular there is really no real way for u to tell until ur physical!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
