yea if u use tampons and not pads, but you can also go into the pool unprotected and wont bleed while your in the water (the water wont turn red!.!.!.etc!.) but as soon as you com eout of the water, all the blood that would have come out within the time spent in the pool, will come out at once and dump out on ur bathing suit!.

someone told me this when i was young!. i've always done it and never had a problem!. with a tampon in, sit and dangle your legs in the pool for a little bit!. for some reason, your period doesnt flow when your wet (think of being in the shower)!. by dipping your legs in before swimming, your letting your body know you'll be i water!. u should be fine without doing that, but it depends on heavy your bleeding!. sounds funny but i've always done it that way just to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yea u can!.!.!.!.!.usually when you get in water ur period stops for as long as ur in da water!. that is y when u take a shower u dont bleed!. i hate wearing tampons but u could also wear a tampon!. i would suggest u dont wear a pad becasue they weigh u down when they get wet and the stuff inside the pad that absorbs the blood can come out of the pad when it gets wet!. hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
