I want to lose 5 Pounds in 2 weeks.?!
Question: I want to lose 5 Pounds in 2 weeks!.!?
I don't need to lose weight, but I would like to lose some more after losing some this summer!. I know I need to excercise, I swim everyday and I am always playing with my dogs!. But, I was wondering if there were any secret foods that speed up the proces!.
Also, is the apple diet safe!? If so, what or how do you do it!?

ok i do this all the time!.
for breakfast, have a yogurt or a small bowl of a healthy cereal!.
for lunch, have an apple and some turkey or ham rolled up, no bread!.
for dinner, have whatever your family is having, but eat smaller portions!.
go for a 20 minute run every day your on the diet!.
i lost about 8 pounds this way!

Fad diets seem to all have the same results, My recommendation to you is to have a reduced caloric intake--there are plenty of free websites that will help you calculate your caloric need based on your size, weight loss desired and your activity level--I've used caloriecounter!.com and sparkpeople!.com, both are great--lowering your calories is the BEST way to lose weight!.!.!.also try to eat high quality food over junk for your calories 300 calories from chicken and broccolli is NOT the same as 300 calories from a couple of candy bars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
