Question: Shedding Poundage!? am I fat!?
I am 14 years old and 5 foot 3 inches with a weight of about 133-135 pounds!. I would like to weigh about 110!. How can I do this!? What type of diet/exercise is necessary to achieve this goal!? I wanna enter highschool looking good!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

its called exercise!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.fruits and vegies and watever u do dont diet!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.it will just make u gain waight,,,,,,,,,,,,eat about 5 times a day!.!.!.!.!.!.breakfast!.!.!.a little snack!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.like an apple!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.lunch!.!.!.!.!.a little snack like a protein bar!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and dinner!.!.!.!.!.!.!.dont skip breakfast!.!.!.!.!.if u are the type of person who wakes up late!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.set ur alarm earlier!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and don't eat large portion!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.be careful with the fats and oils and stuff like that!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.go looooooooww on the sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
