Hey, I am fourteen years old!.
And, I am not completely flat, but I have a really chest!.
I haven't gotten my period yet, and I'm growing a little bit of hair under my arms!. Does any of this affect the fact that my boobs are still small !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it has alot to do with when you start your period!. I was flat chested too and I didn't start until I was 14!. It didn't happen immediately after I started my period, but my boobs did start growing and in about a year after starting, I had bigger boobs!. Sounds like you are getting ready to start!. Probably later this year although you can never tell for sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
