Im so sick of the WEIGHT CYCLE!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So sick of it. plea!


Question: Im so sick of the WEIGHT CYCLE!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So sick of it!. please ADVICE!!?
Im slightly overweight and not that bad but I desperately want to lose weight again!. Im not one of those 80lb people who want to lose weight lol!.!.!.I actually need to!. But the thing is once I lose weight, which I can do pretty successfully and quickly once I actually put my mind to it, I begin to gain again later!.
Once I lose, later I begin to consume unhealthy foods again and stop exercising!. as if on purpose!. I think I do this subconsciously!.

At the moment I don't have much energy because Im going through depression and just so exhausted!. I don't mean to use this as an excuse and Im getting help but its just so difficult to begin again, especially because the weight cycling will continue!. lose, eat, gain, lose, eat gain!. WHY!? WHY DO I DO THIS!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are probaly right about it being subconcious!. I used to be at the other end of the spectrum--I could sit down and eat a 36"" sub by myself and still be hungry--and at that timt the most I weighed was 189 lbs! Since then I have gotten to the point to where it takes a struggle to eat 1/2 of a 12" sub and I weigh over 200 lbs! I suspect tha alot of it has something something to do with genetics!. My wife has weighed up as high as 270 lbs!. You know what i told her!? Don't lose it cause I tell you to, I love you no matter how much you weigh!. I just want you to be healthy!. Guess what-- She started losing the lbs cause it was something SHE wanted! By the sounds of your question, you aren't "overly obese"-- you just want to "drop a few lbs" and keep them off!. First of all, diets, fads etc, don't work, I found the best way to control weight is to eat reasonable, and eat until you're full then STOP EATING!!!! A lot of us feel we have to "Clean your Plate," because that's how we were brought up!. That doesn't work either!. Eat, Feel Full, STOP!!!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What I found from weight cycling a number of times is that each time I would go higher up and not be able to get back down so low, in other words, it was an uptrend!. The mistake was quitting the habits that help me keep weight controlled!.

From experience I can tell you that to control your appetite you have to manage your sugar intake!. When your sugar is low, you feel hungry, when it is too high, you feel hyper!. Responding to the lows and highs turns into what is called a sugar habit, which like all habits, can be hard to break!. Adding caffeine or diet pills to the mix just makes it even harder to get under control!.

About three months after I started a well-balanced nutritional program, including minerals, trace elements, vitamins, anti-oxidants, and multiple kinds of fiber and protein, my blood chemistry was considered
