Question: Should I get birth control or just have him wear a condom!?
Me and my boyfriend have thought about it but i told him that he needs to wear a condom and i want to be put on birth control!.!.He agrees that it would probably be best for the both of us if I did!.!.I just don't know how to tell my mom that I want it!.!.Do I really need it!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never rely on a man for birth control!. It's your body, you take action to take care of yourself and protect yourself!. The only person that is gonna look out for you, is YOU!. I applaud him for wanting both of you to do it though!.
If you are really afraid to discuss it with your mom, there is another way to approach it!. It's better to be honest with her, of course, but in reality, not all parents are realistic about what their kids are doing!.
So if you just don't think there is any way on Earth she will allow you to be on Birth Control for the purpose of being sexually active, you can tell her that your periods are heavy and you want to be on birth control to help ease your periods!. (This really is the reason why SOME girls are on birth control!.)
Like I said though, if you can be open and honest with her, that is best!. BUT being a parent myself, I know some parents think if they just tell their kid, "no your not having sex", they think it will stop them!.!.!.!.!.!.!.well it doesn't!. So do what you have to do to keep yourself safe and healthy!.

Just be honest and ask her!. If I were a mother I'd be proud of my daughter for being so resonsible on things like this!. Hopefully that's the way your mom is!.

If you don't want a baby - then D*MN RIGHT you need it!. Condoms alone aren't that reliable and birth control alone isn't that reliable!. I know a whole family that every female got pregnant while on the pill!.

id say the best thing to do would be to get birth control because the fact is condoms are not 100% effective!.
It is hard to tell your parents you want it, but if youre truly ready then youll be able to tell them in a way that theyll understand that you are ready

It would be a very good idea if you don't wanna get prego!.!.!.two methods of birth control is better than one!. Your mom will find out you're having sex no matter what!.!.!.it's better she finds out by you being responsible and talking to her about birth control!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
