Anyone using a diaphragm?!
Question: Anyone using a diaphragm!?
I'm looking into getting a diaphragm as a form of contraception!. What is the average cost for the fitting, the diaphragm and the spermicide!? Do you think my health insurance will cover most of the cost!? How long does the tube of spermicide typically last!? And please add any personal experience, negative or positive, in regards to your use of a diaphragm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) Inserting the diaphragm requires to be very relaxed and being very comfortable inserting and positioning it into your vagina!. Diaphragms are quite large objects!.
2) Using diaphragm using period is extremly messy and not recommended!.
3) The contraception efficacy is low due to frequent problems of correctly positioning the diaphragm!. Many unwanted pregnancies occur!. I can not recommend this old technique!.
4) Spontaneous sex is not possible, always you will have to fumble around with the diaphragm before!.
