Answers:
You're not physically incapable of using a tampon!. You have a vagina just like all the other women who do use them!.

I think you need to just relax first of all (you may think you tried to relax, but I think maybe you weren't)!. If you're nervous about it, or worried it will hurt or you'll do something wrong, then your muscles will tighten and it will be more difficult to put one in!. Second, be sure you're actually bleeding and not just spotting because if you are 'dry,' it will be hard to insert as well!. I don't start using a tampon until the day that my period is quite heavy!. If you can get by with a pantiliner, then do!. But if you need a pad, then the time is right to use a tampon instead!. Third, be sure to use a tampon with a plastic applicator like Tampax Pearl or some others!. Cardboard is much more difficult and uncomfortable!.

You can also use lubricant if you'd like (like KY or Astroglide, sold in grocery stores, drug stores, etc), apply a little to the applicator and it will slide in more easily!. Once you do it a couple times successfully, I don't think you'll have problems doing it every month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is really only one hole where it will go!. The uretha (the hole that you pee out of) is very small and almost invisible to the eye so it would be impossible for a tampon to go there and the other hole, besides the vagina, would be your butt!. Make sure you're using the smallest tampon to start out with!. This may sound gross if you're not comfortable with your body, but try sticking your little finger in so you can feel the angle!. The vagina actually is horizontal and parallel to the ground when you're standing up!. You should also try using playtex slimfits and the new slender playtex tampons!. They are only an inch long and about the width of your pinky finger!. If you still need help you can try putting a little bit of vaseline on the tip of applicater and insert it that way!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try getting a plastic tampon, in a slim fit to start!. !.!.!.!.!. if you have to try wetting you area first with a little water!. i dont know how old you are, but if you are a first timmer hun, it can be a little tricky!. I help my sis the week the first, i talked her through it just like i am you, so its ok!. You get the hang of i promise! and if you can, ask your mom, at first my mom wouldnt let us use tampons, but, if your moms ok with it, ask her, she might help ya!! Good Luck Hun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i do the same thing!. try the sport tampons they are flexible!. all i did to get one in was i sast my leg up, relaxed and then put the cardboard or plastic (w/e) as far as you can get it!. angle it backwards and put it as far as yoiu can, then push the cotton part in!. it should work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem a few times!. Heres the trick!. 1!. Relax!.!.!.!.!. I some times lean back on the toilet so that area is totally flat!. 2!. Put it in as far as u can, then twist and turn it until u find where it needs to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the exact same problem!. Sorry, I don't know though!. I get so sick of even trying, that I don't even wear them!. Which that makes me hate them so much too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
