Answers:
none at all!. You actually have to drink somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 oz or more of water to actually have side effects!. And if you must know the intoxication that people are referring to here is actually an electro lite embalance due to the amount of h2o going through the kidneys and filtering out the sodium, potassium and so forth!

The best thing to do is to get a water filter!. I personally prefer the Brita pitchers, they're so simple!. You can also get one to put right on your faucet, but that can often mean the water comes out slower and takes longer, blah blah!. You can keep the Brita pitcher full by simply refilling the top after you pour a glass!.
Honestly tho, don't worry about it!. Your body needs lots of water to be healthy!. And if you are that worried - get bottled water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is from ppl who drink gallons upon gallons of water!. and there is no way that a normal person who exersises and that can do this unless done on poupus!. there was a contest on the raido that sparked this!. they had ppl chug gallons of water and one girl ended up dieing because of this!. dout you have ne thing to worry aboutWww@Answer-Health@Com
