Question: Is it normal for your stomach to be hard before your period!?
My stomach is hard and my period is about 5 days later than last month but I've only had my period for 2 years so it's not regular yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds pretty normal to me however you say you are late and your periods are not regular yet!.!.!.!.if you are sexually active get a pregnancy test as this could also be an indicator of that!. Otherwise PMS can cause cramping(both abdominals and back cramps), bloating, hip pain, breast tenderness etc!. Staying away from salt will help with bloating to a degree and stay away from caffine for the cramps!. Try putting a heating pad set to medium low or one of those microwavable stuffies you can warm then lay on your stomach!. Isn't being a woman wonderful sometimes!?! No worries I went a whole year without a period when I was 14-15 lol all a part of your body changing and hormones going nuts but again if you are sexually active I'd would get a test to make sure!.
