hey, when i first started my period i had the same trouble!. ok its easy once you know where to go!. the clit it the very sensitive, swolen nub,and the urethera is right below it and its where you pee from, its too small for a tampon, but below it in the labia the two lips and between those is the hole you insert the tampon into, its larger and once the tampon is inside you, you cant feel it!. hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, so the vagina is where you want to go!. Use your fingers to spread the lips a bit, and sort of poke around for a while just to get comfortable!. Prop your leg up on the toilet or a bench or something, it's easier!. The vagina is the middle hole, and the urethra and your anus is on either side!. There's no way you can get the tampon in either of those holes, so don't worry!. Just try inserting it slowly, and make sure it's tilted a bit!. My first time I tried to push it right up and it took me ages to realize that I had to tilt it into me instead of straight up!
Make sure you push it in all the way, otherwise it'll be uncomfortable!. It can take a while to get used to, but you'll be fine!.

If you can, get your mum or someone who's used a tampon before to help!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have three options, let's get rid of them one by one!.

A) Urethra (where the pee comes out) wayyyy too small!
B) Anus (where poo comes out) wayyyy to big, you know where it is!
C) Vagina- bingo!Www@Answer-Health@Com
