Is it true that drinking alot of water while on your period will flush out the blood faster!? Making your period a little bit shorter!? I heard someone talking about this in the pad section of the store!. hahahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well i don't know if i works for everyone, but I wanted to know the same thing!. My period is usually 5-6 days long and it has been that way for 2 years!. I heard something about drinking a lot of water will help make it shorter so i tried it for my next 2 periods and they only lasted 3-4 days!. In any case lots of water is great for you anyway!. lol

Drinking a lot of water during your period will reduce cramps and bloating!. I don't think it flushes out everything faster though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
