Okay so I've had my period for over three years, but never used tampons!. I'm going on vacation when I'm supposed to get my period and I don't want it to hinder me, so I'm thinking of switching to tampons!. Reasonable enough!.!.!. but I'm a virgin and until 2 days ago nothing has ever been up my vagina!. Okay, please don't tease me and answer this question seriously!.!.!. To try to get ready for the tampon I've tried inserting my middle finger up vagina!. It took a couple tries but eventually it went up!. The thing is, it feels really tight, like I don't see how anything as thick as a tampon could go up there!. What do you think!? and what do you know from experience!? Also, after the tampon gets soaked with menstrual blood it gets bigger, so how hard is it to get out!. I mean if my finger barely fits how is something twice or three times as big going to come out!? Please answer respectfully and truthfully!. I really need some help and would so much appreciate it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 14 n just started using tampons n I'm a virgin too!. i recommend Playtex glide n personally after I'm done using the bathroom n I'm on my period i lift up my leg on the toilet n the tampon slides in easier n way less pain than just standing there pushing it up for the first time trust me honey ,but sometimes you might b pushing the tampon in at the wrong angle so if you get the tip of it in your vagina and it feels wrong try pushing it in at another angle!. Now when it comes to taking the tampon out it doesn't hurt at all just relax and pull the string hard enough so that the tampon comes out ,but not to hard because we don't want to break the string!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can get tampons that are more slender than others, first try the light absorbant ones!. you might have to change them more often, but!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Its not embarrassing!. but you have to remember tampons are made to fit our bodies!. itll take getting used to but not as bad as you think, you wont even know you have one in!. just dont ever try to put a tampon in when you not on your period!.

i kno wut u mean and i think the best way is just 2 practice using tampons and eventually ur body will get used 2 it

its not really going to be bigger than your finger!.!.!. make sure when you put it in that you put it far enough up so that it will not cause you discomfort!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. it wont hurt when it swells so dont worry about that k!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. have fun on vacation!.!.!.!.!.!. oh and make sure you get regular not jumbo!.!.!.!.!.!.!. those are the big onesWww@Answer-Health@Com
Try using a small tampon at first!.!.!.they do expand but will come out easily when pulling the string!. when you put one in and take it out just remember to relax, if you tighten up your muscles it will make it difficultWww@Answer-Health@Com

i got my period 1 year ago and i have used tampons from the first day!. dont worry it doesnt hurt as much as it seems!. but it feels kinda wierd!. so just relax and insertWww@Answer-Health@Com

No worries, its always difficult at first!. It may take a few tries to get it right the first time!. Be sure to use one with an applicator!. Try putting one leg on the toilet seat and cramp down a little!. Put the applicator in, if it hurts try moving it back a little!. It shouldnt hurt, not even the first time - though it may take a few tries to find the right place!. Once you do it will go up very easily!. It does need to be pushed up the full (or very close to it) length of the first half of the applicator, otherwise the placing of it will be painful!. Taking it out isnt painful either so dont worry about that!. Start by using the smallest ones for practice (light tampons) and when your used to them move up to one that suits your flow!. I advise practicing before you go because it does take a little while to get used to! Dont worry about it, its the same for everyone but what you can keep in mind is that if it's painful you need to start over! Best of luck! xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
Okay here is the deal!. Buy some smaller tampons to start with and be sure that when you put it in you put the plunger up high in your vagina because that will make the tampon go in better and feel better!. If you dont put it in far enough it will feel weird!. Also, once it is in give it a chance! Trying to take out a dry tampon is harder than one that has soaked up already!. It doesnt get 3 times bigger while it is in there so dont worry about that!. Your vagina is expandable and the tampon is made to grow some but your vagina will expand to fit it!. I would recommend a plastic applicator also because they are easier to put in!. Good luck! Once you switch to tampons you wont EVER want to wear a pad again!. When I first tried to use a tampon, I put on petroleum jelly!. It makes it more slippery and easier to get in and take out!. I recommend playtex gentle glide, they're the best for inserting!. To take it out, relax and pull the string, don't be afraid to pull hard!. Just, not too hard that the string comes off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
we where all there at once so don't think your the only one ,, i found pushing it towards your back more then up right as that hurt me like hell for me !. try lillites much smaller xxx

I know where you're coming from as I was in your position too but I did some research!. You need to buy small tampons!. I used the OB mini tampons and they worked great!. I actually have tried a few others and they're still the best!. You can be a virgin and still use tampons so don't worry about it!. You need to change them every two/three hours or sooner if you bleed heavily!. You should be able to feel if it's filled or not!. Don't worry and enjoy your vacation!. You'll be fine!. Using tampons isn't really that big of a deal!. You don't really need to prepare yourself or anything!. It should go up there easily as long as you follow the instructions on the box!. When it gets soaked and you're ready to take it out, all you really have to do is tug at it a little bit and it slides out pretty easily!. I guess it could also depend on what size tampon you're using!. You should always start with a smaller size, and move up a size as you see fit!. Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
