This isn't unusual!. A lot of women experience bladder weakness after childbirth!. You can help it by doing pelvic floor exercises!. Next time you have a pee, try to stop the flow by using your muscles!. That is what you need to do when you're not on the toilet and it will strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and hopefully stop the leaking!. After my children were born the midwife told me to do 3 sets of 10 short squeezes 3 times a day followed by holding my muscles 3 times a day as long as I could!. Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Both sexes can use the levator ani, the voluntary muscle of the pelvic floor, to control urination!. In females this muscle may be damaged, particularly by pregnancy, leading to weakness of the sphincter mechanism, and stress incontinence!. Kegel exercises are a form of exercise intended to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles!. They are also known as Pelvic Floor Muscle Training!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Womens bladders tend to ecome weaker with age!. Also having children adds a lot of stress to the bladder and leaves damage, so something as little as sneezing can cause slight urination on such a weak uncontrolled bladder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that has happened to me before when i just got up and i really needed the wee then i sneezed i think its something to do with are bladder control !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
