Did anybody have any bad experiences or side effects with Mirena IUD?!
Question: Did anybody have any bad experiences or side effects with Mirena IUD!?
I heard some women experienced heavy bleeding for 4-5 months straight, reduced sex drive, acne, headaches/backaches!. Is this true for most women who've had Mirena or currently have it!? I'd rather take the 'Pill', but I am currently nursing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a mirena IUD in and it's great!. My periods stopped completely pretty much straight away which I think is bloomin' marvellous! and I've had no side effects at all!. Sex drive the same, no headaches, backaches or acne!.
On the other hand, a friend had one put in and it gave her a lot of discomfort!. I don't know if that was down to her body reacting badly to it or if it wasn't put in properly!.

My cousins g/f had the IUD she loved it!. No complaints she liked not really having a period!. She said her periods were very light and only had to wear a panty liner!. No acne loss of sex drive or any other side affects!. Probably more side effects w/the pill plus sometimes its hard to remember to take a pill on time this you never have to worryWww@Answer-Health@Com
