Question: Women who have had ovarian cyst!?
ok so im a 13 yr old girl who just had surgery to remove a 23cm cyst!. and i got my period the next day in the hospital!. but now i havent had it!. i had surgery on may 14!. and my mom said it just threw my sytem off track but im not sure!. Has any one else ever had this problem!?!?!?

I had major surgery when I was thirteen and (thankfully) didn't have a period for three months!. Your body is just throwing all it's energy resources into healing, and it's probably just knocked your cycle out of whack!. Definitely don't worry about it, but if you still haven't gotten your period by next month, it might be worth letting your doctor know about, so that they can monitor and make sure nothing is wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your mom is right!. I've been there, done that!.
I had the cysts recur to often and had to have a total hysterectomy to remedy the problems!.
Give it a month or so to get back to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow that is a huge cyst! u def needed that surgery!.!.good luck with ur recovery!. its very normal ur body is recuperating!.!. it may be another month or so before u get it again!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
