When you are wearing a tampon, wear a pantie liner too!. When you see a little blood on the liner your tampon is full and its time for a change!. Its the easiest way to tell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should change your tampon every like 3-6 hours!. Or if your period is really heavy!.!.!.!. change it like every 2-4 hours!.
