Yes, it is very normal!. After having a baby, a woman can bleed from 2-6 weeks!. And miscarriages, abortions are the same!. Although, you may have heavier bleeding with an abortion because of how the scrape the inside of the uterus!.
The brown blood means it is old blood and slowing down!. So you really need to be off your feet and resting as much as possible!. If the brown blood turns to red, it means you are doing to much and reactiving the wounds!.

It's normal to bleed for some time after!. Do you have a checkup scheduled!? If not, you need to make one!. All clinics that I'm aware of require a post-abortion check up within a few weeks of the procedure to make sure everything looks okay and make sure the abortion was complete!. If they didnt mention this, call and ask about it!. It's very important!. If the bleeding gets worse or you start having pain or a fever, go to the hospital right away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well first off !.!.all the bleeding is probably normal and the brown blood is a sign that the bleeding is stopping, brown means it is old blood getting flushed out!. I would still get a check up to make sure everything is healing properly!. I've heard alot of horror stories of women who have chosen to do this and have too much scarring to carry a baby later on when they decide to concieve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Having an abortion is sort of like having a baby and when you give birth you can bleed for a while!. If it last longer than 2 weeks, I would worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
