Question: HELP girls only plz!?!?!?!?
im having my period and my friend invited me to the beach to swim!. and i have no clue how to use a tampon and if i tell my mom she'll just say i cant go and she wont help at all! and i cant just tell him that i cant go because he always asks why and i dont want to tell him because hes a boy so can someone please help me what should i do!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, well theres two ways that yopu can look at this first of all you can tell your mother that you really want to go I mean mother dose know best and what ever she says maybe ok i mean if she dosen't let you use tampons it's beacuse if you don't change them every 4 hours you could get cancer or some other sickness down there =/
But if you do diced to use them just change them every 2 hours and don't use them again they are very harmful trust me i should know!.!.!. any ways get the ones where it apllys by its self!.!.!. they work grate!.!.!. i hope this helps =/Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok a period is nothing to be embarrassed about or to hide from - boys or girls!. It's a completely normal body function!.
Tampons have directions on how to use them!. Just buy a box and follow the picture!. It's really easy!.

get some tampons,and just practice!!!
it will have instructions in the box but alll you can do is practice and learn yourself how to do it!
