Question: Why have my monthly menstrual cycles changed!?
Since I turned 30, going on 32!.!.!.my menstrual cycles have become more painful (I had few if no cramps before), longer (they use to last 3 or 4 days, now it is 6 to 7 days), and more irritated all over!.!.!.why!? does it sound normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately our bodies change and so do our menstrual cycles!. This could be just a normal change or it could be something more serious like ovarian cysts or uterine fibroids!. I would make an appointment with your OB/GYN and get checked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
