I was looking at this page: http://www!.plannedparenthood!.org/issues-!.!.!. about laws regarding abortions and parental consent!. And it said this:
All except Utah have a judicial or other mechanism to bypass the consent or notice requirement!.

What does that mean!?

No, I'm not planning to have an abortion!. No, I'm not practicing safe sex because I'm remaining abstinent at the moment!. I was just reading it!. Please no lectures as I've done nothing wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
That means that in all states except Utah, a minor can have an abortion without parental consent!. In some states, though, the minor needs approval from the court or a doctor, for example!. Those are the mechanisms referred to in the sentence!. In other states, the minor after a certain age is free to have an abortion without needing approval from any person!. Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
