First time period.?!

Question: First time period!.!?
I just started and I haven't told my mom yet!. I know where the pads are kept in our bathroom (I have sisters) so that isn't a problem for me!. I'm scared about it and I'm embarresed to tell anyone!. Any tips on how to tell!? (please don't say: just do it) How do I start the conversation and such!? Also i never felt any symptoms such as cramps or anything and I still don't have any symptoms (still on my first period)!. Is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had the same problem!
i found that the best things was to go to my sister,
if you have more than one choose which one you are closest too!.
and just get them at a quiet time when you are alone!.
start the conversation with just a can i talk to you!?
(thats what i did, just make sure they are in a good mood)
starting with small talk, just whatever you would normally talk about!. so for me it was hairstyles and things!.
then i just eased into can i ask you something!?
then when she said yes
i asked, how did you tell mum when your period started!?
this way i didnt actuall have to come out and tell her that i had gotten mine and she then knew that i had mine and was able to give me the confidence to go to my mum and tell her!.
its really not that scary!. coz your mum and sisters have all gone through it!.

if you cant talk to your sisters then jsut go to your mum and do the same thing, except just ask her something like could you show me where the pads are or something or just ease into telling her!.

i know it sounds scary but your mum and sisters should all be cool with you telling them afterall it happens to all of us!.

good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok you can start with talking about becoming adult! i know you can't go in the kitchen an tell your mom : MOM I STARTED PERIOD! but as far as i know , in this age your mom i waiting for you to tell this to her , she can guess that one of these days you will tell her this! so be relax! start talking about your changes , tell her that your mind has changet or just tell her how a human become adult , then step by step tell her , or just ask her how the humans become pregnated , in her answer you can find some questions to ask her and finally reach to your target and talk about period and then tell her that you had your firs period , this is just normal in your age , think about what you are going to say , then tell her !. hope your successWww@Answer-Health@Com

hi!.!.!.
first, it is a normal condition since you are growing to be mature!. this is just kind of "a new habit"!.
second, let's identify why you want to let your mother know about your first period!. then you will find the reason of the necessity to tell your mom!.
third, since this is your first time you would need assistance from your mom (which is the right person to know / learn about many things) coz period may affect your feelings in your daily life (but it is normal because it is caused of hormons regulation)!.
you know better ways how to communicate with your mom, when, and where it should be done!. like: when your mom is enjoying her tv, you might ask question: what is esterogen and its function in woman!? then you may drive the conversation to your period!.

don't worry, your mom is a right person to talk with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i deffinatly had the same problem!. i didnt tell my mom until i already had mine for like a year!. i was 13 at the time, and was totally embarrased, even though i shouldnt have been!. it happends to every girl :) you should really just sit down with her and let her know that you have it, i know its a really awkward convo!. for you but really your mom would think its akward at all!. it will be normal for her, and she;ll probably be happy :) my mom was really happy when i got mine!. lol!. basically just be like mom, the other day i got my period--honestly its better to tell her now than wait for a long time like i did!. because i had a lot of questions that on one could answer for me, because no one knew!. its better to just have it out in the open with your mom!. or since you have sisters atleast let them know so they can help you out :))Www@Answer-Health@Com
