Question: I think I'm going through puberty!?
I have discharge (yellow) in my underwear!.!.and I've been having cramps, back pain, ect!. and I've had mood swings frequently!. My nipples are usually sore!.!.and I had a growth spurt, but I don't think my mom knows!.!.idk though!.!.I don't know how to tell her!.!.IM DANGEROUSLY SHY!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry the yellow discharge is not an infection it is usually a little tint of yellow when it dries but if u get brown ur probally bout to start ur period and u are definitly going through puberty and dont worry just tell her she went through it too but if your that shy you should email her or somthing like that girl in front of me ( sorry i didnt catch your nickname) or pass her a note or somthing or maybe you could just go up to and say u need suplise and if shes says like what say suplise suplise lol!.

its normal!. i recently started mine, and that was one of the signs!. ask your mom to go "feminine" shopping with you!. if your too embarrassed to do that, then write her a note saying that you need some "supplies" and she'll get the idea!. your periods will be irregular for the first year or so but usually periods last 2-7 days and happen every 24-28 days!. vut like i said, dont freak out if they dont happen that often fro the first year or so!. DONT use tampons for a while, like until you need to change a pantiliner b/c it is FULL! otherwise, you could get TSS (toxic shock syndrome)!. i like to use tampons b/c pads and pantiliners feel like there is a huge bulk of stuff in my pants!. if you want to know how to ease PMS (premenstrual syndrome) or have anymore questions, or even just wanna chat about girl stuff, you can IM or email me!Www@Answer-Health@Com
