Girlfriend has PMS, I don't have any idea what to do for or with her. Help!?!

Question: Girlfriend has PMS, I don't have any idea what to do for or with her!. Help!!?
I've been with this girl for about a month now!. This morning she texted me saying that she is in a lot of pain and hates being a girl! After some more questioning, I found she is going through PMS right now!. But you see, my relatives my mom and grandmas have not had serious PMS going-ons!. So I don't have a clue what to do with my girlfriend! I want to make her feel better, but I don't know how!. She's somewhat impatient and she says she cries a lot!. She doesn't seem to know exactly what she wants!. Please, give me some tips on how to help her or handle her or whatever I'm supposed to do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, this is adorable!. I personally don't get pms, but I do have sisters that can be quite grr!. If she's up and down all the time and she's crying a lot, just hold her!. But don't make it seem as if you think that just holding her will make her content!. If she wont tell you whats wrong, don't stress it- just let her know that you will hold her until she's feeling better, or until she no longer wants it!. If push comes to shove and you don't know if you should, just say 'that's ok, you don't have to tell me, but do you want me to hold you until it's all better!?' My boyfriend pulled that on me when I was pissed at him!.!.!. and needless to say, I'm a dumb girl who fell for it!. Since you hopefully didn't do anything wrong, it will hopefully work for you!. And if she pulls the ambivalence thing where she wants you to hold her one minute, but pushes you away the next, just allow yourself to be pushed and pulled!. Cater to her cravings, but don't watch her eat, and don't pointedly look away from her eating!. I mean, casually tie your shoe as she starts, and!.!.!. just don't look back at her!. Or if you do, look at her and smile and if she asks why, comment on how gorgeous you think she is!. Don't shower her with compliments that you don't mean!. If she mentions that something hurts, ask her if she wants you to rub it- I don't know how old you are, so!.!.!. at a certain age, this isn't allowed!. If you're any younger than 18!.!.!. don't do it unless you guys have gotten that close before!. Always be patient with her, but don't treat her like she's a child!. Like, if she gets snappy!.!.!. say you were on a date or something and you were going to see the penguins after you ate, and she got snappish and just wanted to go home!. Just look at her, smile calmly and say okay, but not in an offhand way!. Just a soft okay!. Don't try to make out!!! If you kiss her, be a firm follower!. If you initiate the peck, enable her to push for how much she wants, but be steady- because it can go one of two ways!. She'll either think you're rejecting her or she'll think that you're trying to push her too much!. And if there's one thing that I've told you and I've just been rambling nonsense this entire time, be flexible!. I'm telling you to bend any which way she needs until she gets over the day long-week long slump!. Good luck, and I hope everything goes okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ask her directly: I am so sorry, is there anything I can do for you right now!?
she will appreciate your concern!. she probably just needs space for a day or two, and she does not want you to think that she no longer likes you!.
most girls crave chocolate when THAT time of the month comes!. i would suggest you bring her a box of powder to make hot cocoa!. I would LOVE a boyfriend who would have that kind of attention for me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A month and shes discussing that with you!? And you're comfortable with that!? Man, you two are open people!. Right on, I guess!

Well, just always remember that when she is on or close to her period, she is in a LOT of pain (imagine someone squeezing your genitals way too tight constantly for a week every month)!. Some women it affects more than others and every period effects a girl differently than the last one!. Treat her real sweet!. Nothing huge, just let her know that you understand what shes feeling by doing little things like asking if she'd like you to come over with a rented movie (bring popcorn, her favorite candy and soda, etc!. but don't tell her you're bringing all this!. Surprise her!) because she usually would rather not leave her home when in pain!. Maybe come over with some lunch or/ and a couple flowers (not a dozen- save this for special occasions)!. Just nice, little things that let her know you understand that, once a month, being a girl sucks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
