the hymen is a thin mucus membrane over the vagina!. Not all women have one!. The hymen can break during sports, using tampons, or sex!. There can be very little pain or blood when this happens!. For some women the hymen is extremely stretchy and can remain intact even with sex!. If you want to know if you still have a hymen then look at yourself in the mirror!. One thing I feel is that you should be comfortable and proud of your body and be proud you are a woman!.
