Im 16 and about to have my first physical!. Ive already had my period!. I was wondering if you have to take your bra and panties off and if you do for how long and what type of medical tests are done!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm surprised that this is your first ever physical, but!.!.!.
They'll check normal things like blood pressure, heart beat and things like that!.
They'll have you pee in a cup in the bathroom, but not if you're on your period cause blood and tissue can screw up the test!.
They may also want a blood test done to check cholestoral and other things!.
And they'll probably give you a gown to put on!.!.!.I just leave my bra and panties on underneath though!.
And as for the gyno!? Realistically you shouldn't have to have your first visit there unless you are sexually active, or if not, around the age of 18, so they (doctors) suggest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For a well woman exam!? Every time my bra and panties are off for about 10 mins, but I am in a medical gown!. There is a breast exam and a pelvic exam!. This is the worst part, but the whole thing takes 2 mins!. I get myself worked up all the time for the first part!. The truth is if you close your eyes and count to ten, your cervical exam will be done if you relax!. What I feel hurts the most is palpating the ovaries or uterus!. It takes 3 seconds too but your organs are just deep in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For just a regular physical, you shouldn't have to take off your under garments!.!.!. but pap smear you do!. You should get your first one after you start your period for the first time!. And as far as peeing in a cup, there shouldn't be anyone in there with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
