Birth Control, sex, and bleeding...?!
Question: Birth Control, sex, and bleeding!.!.!.!?
I take my pill withing the same 30 min window everyday but am active!. However, recently I have been randomly bleeding (not alot but spotting)!. I've been on the pill I'm taking now for 3 months and it never did this before until I had unprotected!. Also I've been on the pill for well over a year!. It's the Ortho tri-cyclin lo!. Has anyone else had this happen or what could it be!. With unprotected I also used the spermicidal incerts (VCF)!. What's going on!? It can't be my pill!.!.!.!. I don't think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you had rough sex or injured yourself somehow, it's probably breakthrough bleeding, which occurs if you get a lower dose of hormones (ex: skipped a pill or took an antibiotic that made the pill less effective) or if the hormones in the pill aren't ideal for your body!. If it keeps happening, talk to the doctor about maybe switching types of pill!.!.!.otherwise don't worry!.

edit: yeah definitely breakthrough bleeding!.!.!.!.!.if it continues over the next few pill packs and/or it bugs you alot, consider switching birth controls otherwise don't if you like this one except for thisWww@Answer-Health@Com
