What kind of motivation do girls use to lose weight?!


Question: What kind of motivation do girls use to lose weight!?
I really want to lose about 20 pounds!.!.!.I have it all planned out already, but everytime i get on that treadmill i lose interest!. How do you girls keep motivated!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's really someone else like me out there!?! Haha!.

What would work best for me was to have one of my friends out out to the track and go for a run with me!. Having someone else doing it with you will keep your motivation high and help keep them motivated as well!

Or you could think of it as a goal!. I'm exercising to get ready for my wedding!. Is there a particular reason for doing it, or just to do it!?

Set a date line!. You have to lose it by a certain day blah blah blah!. I wouldn't really suggest that one but I don't know what would work so I'm just giving options!

I personally am not good at this motivation thing either, I find that by having someone to support you and keep you on track!. I like to go to the gym with other people because it makes it so you can't give excuses for why you aren't going!. Also, eating with other people at work and for dinner (if possible) helps me because I wouldn't dare eat the stuff I eat at home when my friends are watching me eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a reasonable goal in mind (NOT: to look like Angelina Jolie, but rather: to tone my legs and lose 5 lbs)!. Also, put on some tunes to pump yourself up while you're working out!. My workouts would be wasteless if I didn't have music!. Also, try to invite a friend or family member to work out with you!. I advise that you eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up and running!. Drink lots of water too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could eat whatever you want and lose weight but theres certain times when u have to!.In a day you should only have 3 meals or less!.And I know its hard to belive but its true you could lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks!.Try it! But dont eat after 6 because thats when you could start getting chubbier!.So you should eat breakfast when u wake up!.Lunch around 1pm Dinner around 4 pm!.You could have cake and sweets but not alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The treadmill is soooo boring! I use the elliptical with an Ipod instead, its just more fun for me!. If you want to go walking,its more fun to do it outside with a pet if you have one!. My motivation is just to stay healthy and stay at the size I am now!. I eat pretty healthy, about 1200 calories a day, but do indulge in either french fries or ice cream only once a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you don't want to do striaght up pure exercises, than sign up for a sport like tennis, softball, soccer, etc!. Get a friend to join you so you won't feel lonely!. get some up beat songs on your Ipod (like techno) and always have a positive outlook!. Of course- jumping on the treadmill when you could be sitting on your butt watching TV eating ice-cream!.!.!.

You need to have short term achieveable goals- e!.g!. I won't eat sugar this week etc!.- don't expect to sudddenly leap into a diet and exercise regieme!.

Also, mixing up your routine- jogging outside, the gym, swimming etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

don't do pure exercise
try playing a sport like tennis when u actually have a reason to run
play these sports with ur friends it will be more fun when u have someone to talk toWww@Answer-Health@Com
