Well, unless you want your blood to spread around in the water, you'll need to wear a Tampon!. But, change it every few hours so you don't get an infection (not likely, but it's still a precaution) and so you don't get any unwanted leaks, and yeah, you can totally swim in the water :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, but you have to wear a tampon if you don't want it to TRAIL behind you when you're swimming! *L* You should really consider the tampon!. If you haven't already, you should start investing in them (not literally investing) but you should definitely use them!. It's so much more comfortable!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes with a tampon BUT TAKE IT OUT AS SOON AS YOU GET OUT OF THE WATER IF YOU LEAVE IT IN THERE YOU CAN GET AN INFECTION WITH THE WATER ALL SOAKED INTO IT!!. IF YOUR GOING TO BE IN THE WATER FOR HOURS CHANGE IT EVERY 2-3 HOURSWww@Answer-Health@Com
