She doesn't speak English well, so I need to know what /!?'s to ask!. Please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
She has a bleed somewhere!. She is losing blood somewhere!. The Dr is doing the right thing by putting her in ICU!. They may even give her a few units of blood!. You can ask the Dr where she may be losing blood!. Maybe in her colon since she has had some black stools!. That is a sign of old blood in her stool!. Since she is post-op she may even have a bleed due to her c-section!. I am a surgery nurse!.!.!. these are some of the things can be the cause of anemia!. The weakness is due to anemia!. Also possibley the jaundice!. Also fever comes from anemia too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like jaundice to me too!. It's not always caused by liver failure though!. The anemia and pregnancy could be the cause!.
First of all don't be afraid to tell the doctors you don't understand if they start using medical terms!. If you are more comfortable, the nurse should be able to explain what the doctor told you!.
Ask the doctors what the normal treatment is, how long she will be in the hospital for, will whatever she has affect the baby, if she is breastfeeding ask if she should stop, tell them any over the counter medications and herbal supliments she is taking as well as her prescription medications!.
I hope everything turns out ok!. Take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you asking people on line what is wrong!? We don't know the intricate details that are extremely important!. You should be asking the doctor what is going on!. If the doc won't talk with you, tell your sister to give consent for the doctor to talk with you!. The doctor knows best, not total strangers on line!. It's not that I don't want to help you, but what if we tell you something that is not the case, and you get totally worried over nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like!.!.!.!.!.!. liver failure! Jaundice :) hold on I'll get you a link!.
