im SO GROSS AND CELLULIGHTY AND FAT!!! i need to be thinner by the end of summer which is around september! my thighs are HUGE so is my STOMACH so do you girlies have any thing you do to target those areas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

im a guy n i was fat lik 125 lb at 9 years old wat i did was stopped eatin snacks, ate smaller portions, and excercised kinda but thats not easy living in arizona were its 120 degrees in the summer, anyway i lost 10 lb easy then the rest of it came of slower!. im 13 goin in 8th grade n weigh 105 at 5'5!. excercise is the main thing and eat less more health things!. i crave sugar alot but i hold back by thinking of sumthing else!. i heard drinking lots of water is good and espsecially if its cold cuz its harder 4 ur body to use that and workers harder changing the temp of it therfore burning more caloiresWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are three things you must do in order to loose weight!. This is cardio, resistance, and eating right!. The first thing you need to do is cardio (running, elliptical, etc!.) at least 4 days a week for 60 minutes!. You need to keep you heart rate up in order to loose fat!. Cardio is the most important thing to do! You can do 1000 sit ups a day, but if you don't do cardio your stomach will never get flat!. Sit ups only tone the muscle they do not cause you to burn much fat at all!. Next, you need to do some type of resistance training (weights, crunches, sit ups, etc!.)!. This will help to tone your muscles so when you loose the fat you will have toned muscles!. Also, the more muscle mass you have the the higher your metabolism will be!. Then you need to eat better!. Cut out all unhealthy things from your diet!. Foods like softdrink/soda, chips, and anything that contains high amount of sugar and saturated fat!.
But that doesn't mean you can never eat anything bad!.
There is a program called 'Body for Life' where you allocate a day in the week where you can eat whatever you like!. My parents have both done the Body for Life program many times and it works, trust me!.

Also, Work out for at least 30 minutes a day and try to do muscle exercises such as crunches, sit-ups and burpies etc!.

Ok, get a good cellulite cream and "skin firmer", I know Avon and Mary Kay both have ones that are worth the money!.

Starting today, cut out junk food snacks and drink all the water you're suppose to!. Eat SLOWLY and properly chew all your food!. Stop eating when you feel full regardless of what is left on your plate!. If you find you're self saying "I'm hungry I don't know what I want DON'T EAT! Drink water" if you're still hungry in 15 minutes then eat!.

Start some activity that you enjoy doing: walking, running, swimming, weight training, biking, gardening, sex, ballet, whatever it is you enjoy!. Do it for a minimum of 30 minutes 3 times a week (to start)!.

Oh yes, I can NOT say this enough:

First off, don't try any of the diet pills!.!.!.as soon as you stop, the weight will come right back!! The only way to get the weight off, at a healthy rate, is to change your lifestyle!. Start eating healthy foods (fruits, veggies, whole wheat), and cut out a lot of the sugar intake!. Exercise daily, cardio and muscle-toning workouts, to get rid of the excess fat and gain muscle (muscle EATS fat!!) The healthiest way to lose weight is to lose no more than 2-3 lbs a week, any more than that, and the chances of it coming back increase!. and bicycle for your thighs
i lost about 10 pounds just cutting out pop i drank sugar free lemonade and splenda tea
when i rode a bike everyday i lost another 10 pounds

if your a big junk food/pop drinker!.!.!.!. try to cut out the pop!. it will help alot!.
i lost 10 pounds in 6 months and i barely worked out at all!.!. but that could just be my body!.!.!.
for stomach i would say crunches or leg lifts
for legs i would say the bicycle
