It could be a number of things ranging from a cold to urinary tract infections to anemia to hypokalemia to pregnancy!. Those three symptoms rule the world!. What else is there!? Oh- it can also be stress and depression!. I hope you're okay!.!.!. and you should go see a doctor no matter how minimal it seems or!.!.!. could be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are sexually active, then they could be signs of pregnancy!.

If you know you are not pregnant, you could be coming down with a flu bug!.

Since it happened 2 days in a row, keep an eye on it and see how much longer it goes on for!. If it continues for another few days get it checked out!. It wouldn't hurt to take a pregnancy test if you are sexually active, condoms aren't 100% effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
