It could be a number of things ranging from a cold to urinary tract infections to anemia to hypokalemia to pregnancy!. Those three symptoms rule the world!. What else is there!? If you are sexually active, then they could be signs of pregnancy!.
If you know you are not pregnant, you could be coming down with a flu bug!.
Since it happened 2 days in a row, keep an eye on it and see how much longer it goes on for!. If it continues for another few days get it checked out!. It wouldn't hurt to take a pregnancy test if you are sexually active, condoms aren't 100% effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could you be pregnant!? No offense but those are typical systems of being pregnant!. Especially if it happens at a certain time of day!. If the answer to that is a for sure no you may want to check your sugar level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
