Loseing weight?!


Question: Loseing weight!?
im almost 13 years old about 5!.5 and i weigh 156 pounds is this just me going through puberty or am i just fat my diet isnt to bad but last year 6 months ago i ate a lot has my body just not recovered from that or what i really would like to lose weight to fit into aeropostale hollister abercrombie pac sun and a bikini what should i doWww@Answer-Health@Com

The best diet is a brand new pair of running shoes!. Jog and eat right!. By that I mean dont eat the crap!. Eat fruit and healthy stuff and run!. then you wont be as hungry and you will feel good about your self!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose weight the best thing you can do is to exercise! You can walk fast or job or swim even!. Plus you can include a work out that involved exercises like sit ups, push ups, etc!. Make sure you exercise for at least 20 to 30 minutes every day or every other day!. You act like you don't really know if you are overweight!. It's not all about how much you weigh!. Stand naked in front of a mirror and see if there is fat in places where there shouldn't be fat!. If so, you need to lose some weight and tone up your body!. Simply by eating less food at each serving will work great, drink lot's of water and don't eat junk food, greasy foods, or sugary foods!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is just natural, you're body building up
loosing a little weight would probably be okay, but try not to loose muscal mass or all the weight
the best tip other then exercise is that you need to start watching what you eat - i don't mean being a health nut and only eating approved "good for you" stuff!. just look at the food you're eating and try a little balance in you're diet!.
example - if you eat chips one day, have a salad the next

When I was thirteen I was chunky I lost all the weight my senior year of high school(I know alittle to late) I loved my body!.!. Then I went to college and started drinking etc!. and gained it back!.!.!. I recently cut soda out of my diet for summer and believe it or not it really helped me lose some extra weight,, plus I drink a good amount of water insteadWww@Answer-Health@Com

I weighed 160 at 12 years old!. I was 5'4!. I got a bike, and rode it for about 3 hours a day, not all at once!. I used to live with my cousins and had to babysit them a lot!. So we would all go bike riding around the neighborhood and walk around and just talk!.

Get a friend to go with you, and it will make you feel better!.
I went down to 115 in 2 months doing that every day!.

in 4th grade i was 125 and was average height and was fat!. i just avoided eating snacks and ate sumwhat healthier smaller portions!. i could excercise much cuz we live in the arizona desert with 120 degree temps but i rode my bike lik in fraction at a time in to months i lost like 10 pounds then most of the rest came off slower!. Im 5'5 107lb now goin in 8thWww@Answer-Health@Com
