Question: Period or pregnancy!?
my mom has been trying to have a baby and she had surgery on her tubes to unblock them
just recently
My mom was having a lot of cramps that lasted about 2 wks\
she was tingling in the hand
she was having headaches
her ear was draining
she was craving food
her back was hurting
but the thing is,her retarded period came on but can this be signs of EARLY pregnancy or was this all about that period!?

It could possibly be implantation bleeding (which can occur as early as 8-10 days after the impregnating sex or about the time her period is supposed to show up), especially if the period is very light (or lighter than is typical for her cycles) and pink or dark red/brown in color!.
Have your mom take a home pregnancy test at least 19 days after the most-recent possibly-pregnancy-inducing sex to find out for sure!.
