Hi All,

I'm having difficulties today! I'm at work and my period is trying to come on!.!. Ughhh! Anyway, I've got PMS up to my ears and ppl keep on bothering me and I just feel like storming off and I feel like I can't take anymore!. I can't leave work because my co-worker is off on holiday and it's just getting to me!. What can I do!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chill, its sh*te when you feel like that and your at work, and it everything always seems to happen when we have PMS!.
Just, stop, have a drink, and chill for 5 mins!. then sort out the work you need to get done first and then you can work through things at your own pace instead of rushing through things which will only stress you out more!.
when you have your break, go for a walk to the shop or something so you have a bit of time to yourself!.
if i start getting that agitated feeling and start to feel like i just want to hide under my desk a cry, i just take a walk down to the toilets, a couple of mins on your own to clear your head does a bit of good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to explain to your boss that you won't exactly be up to par today!. if you don't want to explain why, then you don't have to, but just so that your boss is aware in case anything happens!. try taking a 10 minute break every hour, and get some fresh air!. some calming music while you work might also help!. staring at the clock will just make it run slower, so try not to stare for too long!. if you're having cramps, taking some tylonal will probably help!. (advil can increase bleeding, so try to stay away from that)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could ask at a pharmacy for something to ease your symptoms when you go your break!. I take Co-codomol or Nurofen for the pain and Bach's Rescue Remedy (available at pharmacys and supermarkets e!.g!. Boots) to calm me!. The remedy is made from plants and works a treat!.
