Doctors appointment??!

Question: Doctors appointment!?!?

have a doctors apointment tommarrow and my worst fear is a needle and i have to get like 4 or 5 shots, can u please give me some advice, im 13 and still cry at the doctor, its my worst fear and nobody understands how afraid of needles i am, please help (im crying as i write this)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you need to, have some nurses hold a sheet up so you can't see, and have a hand to hold to squeeze tightly, when it hurts!.
