Answers:
Well, definitely!. Stress can easily cause delayed ovulation or delayed periods, and any chance in hormones could potentially screw with your cycle!. If you're stressed beyond belief, your body might even notice the physical symptoms of stress, and think that your body isn't quite fit to carry a baby to term!.

If you can, try to avoid thinking about your trying to conceive as something with a timeline!. Avoid making it into work and have-tos!. This should be a wonderful, joyful time in your life! You've got your whole life, once you've got kids, to stress about them!. Don't fret your life away before they're even here!.

Did your doctor talk to you about any other potential options, like physical therapy massage or meditative breathing/exercise!? Definitely look into yoga to keep you healthy and to help reduce stress if you can! It might be really good for you (but definitely consult your doctor first)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!.!.!. even though im only 18 and in no way trying to concieve any time soon, i have skipped periods all the time bc of stress!.!. i play basketball, soccer, and crew and during the seasons, especially basketball, i am so stressted out that sometimes i wont get my period for 2 months!. my mom is a doctor and she explained to me that it's becasue your body isnt used to up and down moods and stress like that so it copes the best way it knows how!. i also know about what she told me about the pill, there are so many other natural ways that you can get your period back and conceive!. I started taking B-12 complex, its a vitamin, and that helped with that problem!. going on the pill, which you dont want anyway, will mess it up!.!.!. plus the fact that the pill thins out the lining of your uterus and that makes it harder for a fertilzed egg to hold and survive!.!.!.!.

i hope this helps!.!.!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress will most definitely cause you to have irregular periods!. I have the same problem and was told to get on the pill!. I didn't because like you , I want to get pregnant and being on the pill doesn't make much sense to me!. I think that you need to relax and take the advise of your doctor I know that I am going to go get put on them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, stress can cause that and a number of other health problems!. I would follow the doctors advise or go get a second opinion!. Talking to a therapists might also be helpful to manage your stress levels so you can have a successful pregnancy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most definitly!. and, unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it!. Even going on the pill won't negate the effects of stress for some women!.

and good luck with trying to concieveWww@Answer-Health@Com
