Question: Why do i feel dizzy right before my period!?
this happens before i am having any flow so it's not caused by losing iron/blood!. do hormones cause this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be 'cause just before your period there's hormonal activity and you lost nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and even hormones! but between 14 or 15 days after that the hormonal activity increases considerably!.!.!. that explains our bad moodWww@Answer-Health@Com
many women experience dizziness before their period!. for instance, at church there was a teenage girl that all of the sudden passed out right in front of me!. we wondered if she forgot to eat or if she was hot or what, but then she told us that she usually does that on her period!. sometimes losing so much blood (even a little) can make your body do weird things!. try drinking lots of water so you don't pass out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u could be anemic (not sure if tht is spelled rite) which just means that your body has a low source of iron
it isnt a bad idea 2 get ur blood tested but if tht is not an option than try taking iron pills or eating foods lyk spinach which are high in ironWww@Answer-Health@Com
