Which one is the best!? im about 2 start puberty and i need 2 wear a bra!. my nipples r showing through my shirt!. the boys cant stop looking at my chest!did u start out in a training bra or a regular bra and what was ur first cup size and what is ur cup size nowWww@Answer-Health@Com

until the end of this school year i wore sports bras all of the time and it wasent a problem but when me and my friends were talking about bras and sizes and stuff i told them that i dont wear a padded bra and they totally freaked and made alot of comments about how it is nasty and that your nipples show through ( but mine didnt, they just said that) so now i wear a size 32/36 A!. it does make your boobs look bigger, so i would deff!. go with a padded braWww@Answer-Health@Com

My first bra was a 36B!. I was 11!. I skipped right over the training bra stage!.
My current size is a 38E!. I'm 20!. Big boobs are over rated!. I have to double layer sports bras (when I can even find ones that fit me) just to run/ride my bike/exercise!. I hardly ever wear normal bras because I don't like to attract unnecessary attention to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mk!. def training first!. but if you are too big that it still shows your nipples, you might want to use a regular bra!. but no bigger than a size a!! trust me!. i started in a size a regular!. but it really all depends on the person!. and to be honest i don't like sports bras so i wouldn't suggest that!. unless it is necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Oh wow I got my first bra when I started fourth grade!. For you, get a padded bra that will keep your most likely hard nipples from showing!.

well when my boobs started to grow they went one full cup size over the summer so i started wearing a bra right away!. 6 years later my boobs havent grown much since that year and I'm a 32/34 B or CWww@Answer-Health@Com
sports bras & traning bras dont hide ur nipples so i would go with a regular {probley padded bra}
