Question: Wearing my bra at night!?
I have worn my bra to bed ever since I started wearing one, because I didn't want to use extra time putting it on and taking it off all the time!. But my friend told me that wearing one at night can cause breast cancer!. So every night since then I've taken my bra off because I don't want to risk it!. But I still don't like having to remember to take it off and put it on!.

I've never heard of it causing cancer, but you should take it off so the area where the elastic goes has time to "breath!." The time it takes to take off and put on is minimal!. It will just be part of your routine, like the rest of us!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's not a good idea to sleep in your bra, but it's not going to give you cancer!. What it will do is set you up for breakouts and other skin troubles though!. Your skin needs to be able to get some air flow though the region, and you will breathe easier wtihout the restriction on the rib cage!. I assume you remember to put on your undies, and the bra shouldn't be any different!. At night, you should not be sleeping in anything but jammies- no undies, no bra!. Doing differently leads to problems with pimples, boils and yeast infections!. So you will need to adapt, dear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I heard that over time the metal wiring in a bra can cause breast cancer, yet I do not know if that is proven!. I doubt it otherwise every women in the world would know!. Yet, I did her if you take it off at night your breast will sag when you get older!. Yet, your breast are going to sag regardless so just do whatever makes you comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know the real truth!. You would have to ask a medical pro about that but I really cannot fathom that sleeping without your bra can cause cancer!? As to having to take the extra time to put one on!? What is the issue with that!? It takes probably all of 4 seconds to put a bra on!.

I read about that, too!. But you know, everything nowadays causes cancer of some sort!. So they say!. I wear my bra at night, I feel more comfortable as I also wore it to bed since I started wearing it!. I am 18 years old now!. I read the article and that did not stop me from doing it!. Just give them a little breather every now and then!. Like when you are home alone or not going anywhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Lol I had a friend tell me that once!.!.!.!. but was to young to be wearing one!. Now im 13, and last summer, I had church camp, and I went to my friends house for a few weeks then we would fly back, we did that for about a month!. I never heard of the breast cancer thing, but I've been wearing my bras to bed on & off now for many, many years!. I certainly dont have stunted growth, nor do I have any signs of any cancer!. Personally mine hurt a bit after going without!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't sleep unless I have a bra on!. I feel awkward with out one on!. Sleeping with a bra on actually helps keep breast perkier and helps slow down the drooping process that gravity plays on us!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
