alright!.!.i have a heart checkup today and i tend to get nervous because i dont have my bra or my shirt on, and plus there might be a chance that a guy might be the one to checkme!.!.and i feel uncomfortable!.!.i mean i love the guys!.!.but i dont like to be topless!.!.so is there anything i can do to stay calm!.!.do any of u have any suggestionsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest just trying to relax!. If you had a bit more time - hypnosis can really help!. I do a lot of work with women who are nervous of exams, etc - teaching them how to relax!.
