This is actually an interesting question!. I suppose it is possible due to some sort of defect!. I imagine you could get plastic surgery to get some fake nipples!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmmm!.!.!. if you were born without them I think medical school would be much more difficult without these landmarks!
