Question: Breakthrough bleeding on Yaz!?
I have been taking yaz for 5 packs now!. I skipped the inactive pills on my 4th pack to skip a period!. About 3 pink ones in I started light brown discharge!. I have 2 weeks worth or active pills left and just today I started spotting/bleeding red!.
Question: How long will this last!?

Breakthrough bleeding is pretty normal!. I started taking my packs back to back about 3 years ago (you don't need yaz, you can do it with any pill)!. Your body is still hyper sensitive to any slight fluctuations because you are suppressing your own body's hormones that want to go on their own!. The longer you take it the less likely you will be to break through!. As far as how long it will last!.!.!. it will likely be brown for a day or 2!. Keep taking the pills no placebos) and it will stop!. You shouldn't need any more than the lowest tampon or a panty liner!. There is really no instant stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
