Girls... why????!


Question: Girls!.!.!. why!?!?!?!?
Hi Girlies,

Why in the heck do periods make us moody!?!?!? I've been so moody lately and I just got my period today and I still don't feel much better!. At work I've been moody w/ people as well and I don't want to feel like this!. Any advice!. I also:

1) Exercise 5 days a week
2) Take Evening Primrose Oil daily
3) Take Agnus Castus ( My PMS isn't so severe anymore)
4) Take a mulitivitamin daily
5) My diet is OK
6) I get extrememly constipated before I start my period :(

its called HORMONES haha they take a huge toll in our young lives!. this is what makes us soo moody it depends on how much hormones your body produces, there is no way to tell and everyone is different!. try taking pamprin!. it works better than midol, and has iritability reducers, if the pamprin dosent work try talkin to your doctor for a light pill u can take on a regular basis to help with this!. in the mean time try not to talk to people when u are moody, it gives off a bad vibe!. good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its nature and you just have to deal with these things as a woman, we get all the bad stuff dont we !?!?!?
When you are a few days off your period your womb is preparing for pregnancy, when this doesn't happen the body sheds the lining of your womb and cleans it for the next month!.
It appears that all we women have to do is be pregnant all the time lol !!!
Moodiness dates back to when a mother was in a protection mood for her unborn or soon to be conceived child, from time immemorial this has been the way!.
I would like to tell you that in time this moodiness will ease off, but it doesn't always!.
I dont have periods anymore and I never really suffered with them in the way you are, I feel sorry for you as my sister is the same and I keep out of her way when she is like this!.
I think you are doing all you can to help yourself in a practical way so maybe you should start doing something that will help with your emotions!.
Try meditating, deep breathing exercises, listening to some gorgeous ballads with the headphones on lying on your bed, or reading a really good book!.
It passes after a time as you know and then you prob get the highs which can be just as maddening!.
Its all about being a woman, take it in your stride and live your life around this problem dont let it become the focus of your existence!.
