If you get cramps, you cant put a heating pad on it, or at wal-mart they have special ones to sooth cramps!.
If you get mood swings, use a stress ball!
If you get HUGE cravings, eat hershey's chocolate!.
5 days after your period, wear panty liners just incase!.
Get special pads for night!.
Get maxi pads for heavy days!.

yes thats probably it!. if u when u wipe yourself check if it has blood on it!. then u hav it!. and tell your mom!. im 11 and i just got mine on the 23 of june this year so its likely!. and dont beleive that u should get your period around wen your mom gets it!. my mom got hers wen she was 16!. and i got mine this year and im 11!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
